Regensburg filmfest unveils Iran nominees

The 24th International Short Film Week Regensburg has announced nominees in different sections of the festival.

Four Iranian short films have been nominated to go on screen at the 24th Intenational Short Film Week Regensburg.  

‘Gaze’ by Farnoush Samadi, ‘Are you volleyball?’ by Mohammad Bakhshi and ‘Retouch’ by Kaveh Mazaheri are Iran shorts to vie at the International Competition section of the festival.

‘Tehran Derby’ by Simon Ostermann as the joint project between Iran and Germany has been also nominated to compete at Window to Architecture section of the event.

The Short Film Week Regensburg was founded in 1994 and takes place since then in an annual cycle.

The 24th edition of the festival is slated for March 14-21, 2018, in Germany.
